TPFRs,
I'd like to introduce you to Kyle Noonan, our new Policy Advisor. He isn't too active on the Google Group, but Kyle is one of the original members of TPFR from April, 2009. Kyle will be taking the lead on any policy issues we face in the future. In the past we've needed someone to take charge on wading access issues and the closure of Fletcher's dock, and we are in very capable hands now. Kyle works at a corporate law firm and closely follows access, water quality, and other fishing-related policy issues.

There is no doubt in my mind that successfully registering a car in D.C. has prepared Kyle for the bureaucratic waters that lie ahead. In addition to his other qualifications, of course.
