Hoping for some fishing intel on Lake Reddinton or Cash Lake

Thought it might be nice to get up into Maryland this weekend do some exploring on the water around the Patuxent Refuge.
Looking at the maps around Patuxent it would appear that Reddinton and Cash are quite shallow but still hold fish.

anyone ventured up there before and have any good intel?

Looks like Cash Lake is closed. Drawing down for maintenance. I'm guessing that includes Redington but not sure.
