Need advice for 3 day kayak camping trip with Harpers Ferry pull out

I searched the forum and found great advice on flies to fish in the Shenandoah above Harpers Ferry. I need some advice on where to put in and where to camp along the river for a Fri, Sat nights kayak trip with 5 men. We typically float 15 to 20 miles in 3 days. We can do less and fish more.

Does anyone have advice on a good itinerary for a trip that drops into the river upriver from HF on Friday and we pull out on Sunday at HF? We dont need a guide/shuttle service with the cars we have. We would also like to take advantage of free camping sites vs. private campgrounds.
