Reference to our earlier mail dated 5th June, 2015, this is to inform you that Maintec Technologies will be coming to conduct their recruitment drive for 2015 pass out batch students of B.Tech(CSE,IT,ECE&EIE) , MCA & BCA on 22^nd June 2015 at Techno India, Saltlake.

 

The details recruitment schedule is mentioned below:

 

 

Venue- Techno India Salt lake

 

Reporting time- 9:30 A.M

 

Recruitment process- PPT, Q&A round, Interview

 

JD and other details as shared by the company-

 

1. We are among the organization, continuously moving forward with the ‘Best Practices of Business’.

2. There are no financials/charges applicable of what-so-ever-nature for MTPL recruitments. The recruitment & the process is based only on merit of the candidates as per required parameters.


3. CTC 1.85Lto 2.00L.
2nd Year onwards CTC between 2.0L to 3.36L, subsidize food during duty hours.

4. Eligibility: BTECH & MCA, BCA, BSC 2015 pass-out with 60% through-out in academics (Exception can be considered. Chemical , Bio-Tech,Biomedical,Foodtech branch not eligible).

5. Designation Analyst-SD, DB & Analyst-DC-Ops (Role: Technical Consultant Support to US/Europe based clients of our partners. B2B role, the role is an foundation for understanding software application & system software’s developers key aspects on implementation & various application based business challenges).

6. Pure Tech/Software profile.

7. For location NOIDA, Gurgaon, Chennai, HYD & BLR.

8. Free Induction Training only at NOIDA (NCR) for 30-45 days (Delivering the training Maintec & its partners are investing 1L per candidates, also the training is maximum of 45 days, hence for exceptional candidates with good knowledge the period can be proportionately less.

9. No stipend/Salary during training.( As per the company if a candidate have 100% of attendance a stipend will be given to them at the end of the training)

10. Twice evaluation/test shall be conducted during training; candidates need to clear the evaluation as per our partners HTD parameters to finally join/on-board the organization.

11. Service Agreement 18 months.

12. Excellent English Communication skill required for all the requirements.

13. Our partners/clients are – IBM, HCL Technologies Ltd, Accenture, Oracle, iGATE, Wipro, CenturyLink, Capgemini etc.

Parameter for Communication (English)
1. Neutral pronunciation

2. No or Negligible FLI/MTI

3. Fluent in English communication

4. Structured thought process & sentence construction capabilities

5. No or minimum grammatical mistakes

6. No or minimum Foghorns (Foghorns are various sound gaps between word & in between sentences).

7. Excellent Vocabulary
