Job description:

We have urgent opening for the following position, for 2015, BTECH, MCA & BCA/BSC pass-outs. Please make certain points clear-

1. We are among the organization, continuously moving forward with the ‘Best Practices of Business’.

2. There are no financials/charges applicable of what-so-ever-nature for MTPL recruitments. The recruitment & the process is based only on merit of the candidates as per required parameters.

Other details:

1. CTC 1.85Lto 2.00L.

2nd Year onward CTC between 2.0L to 3.36L, subsidize food during duty hours.

2. BTECH & MCA, BCA, BSC 2015 pass-out with 60% through-out in academics

(Chemical , Bio-Tech, Biomedical, Foodtech branch not eligible).

3. Designation Analyst-SD, DB & Analyst-DC-Ops (Role: Technical Consultant Support to US/Europe based clients of our partners. B2B role, the role is an foundation for understanding software application & system software’s developers key aspects on implementation & various application based business challenges).

4. Pure Tech/Software profile.

5. For location NOIDA, Gurgaon, Chennai, HYD & BLR.

6. Free Induction Training only at NOIDA (NCR) for 30-45 days (Delivering the training Maintec & its partners are investing 1L per candidates, also the training is maximum of 45 days, hence for exceptional candidates with good knowledge the period can be proportionately less.

7. No stipend/Salary during training.( As per the company if a candidate have 100% of attendance a stipend will be given to them at the end of the training)

8. Twice evaluation/test shall be conducted during training, candidates need to clear the evaluation as per our partners HTD parameters to finally join/on-board the organization.

9. Service Agreement 18 months.

10. Training start date shall be post completion of 8th SEM/Final exam for 2015 batch. Final assessment post training.

11. Excellent English Communication skill required for all the requirements.
