Wednesday pickup resumes this week

Hi all,

If you are looking for something to take your mind off the coronavirus pandemic, the cratering of the stock market or the future of democracy, consider coming out to play some Ultimate Wednesday at Russell Field, 5 pm. 

Do use your best judgment, though. If you are sick, stay home. If you have close social links with the elderly or immune-compromised, consider the risk of becoming a vector. That said, although we pass an object back and forth during the game I suspect Ultimate is probably a fairly low risk social activity. Wash hands before and after playing and avoid touching your face to minimize that risk. I’m not a (medical) doctor, but that’s my thinking.

I will skip the game (and maybe others) if I am needed to take my elderly, immune-compromised mother-in-law to appointments.
