Hi , my name is Utkarsh.I am pursuing Btech in Computer science & engineering from Bit Mesra.I am currently in 2nd year of my college .I wanted to work on "Better computer -assisted translation (CAT) tool for non-latin(2nd project).So please help me to work on this project.Also is there any other skill one need  to have for this project along with java.Any further information would be of great help for me.
