Vizio Test Connection Download Not Available

Hello. New to this subreddit, my M series has always had trouble streaming through VUDU, disconnecting randomly at 1080p or 4k (No new updates available) Just noticed for the first time a Test Connection speed in the menus. Ran multiple times , been getting a max of 25mb/s. I'm using a wired connection. At the same time my ps4 wired connection is showing 500+mb/s. My wifi is at 400mb/s. Any idea why my TV so low?
I bought a Vizio TV about two years ago and returned it within 24 hours for a similar problem. After some research I discovered Vizio TVs do not work on a network with file sharing enabled. The network connection will not work or will drop frequently. I tested turning file sharing on and off on my network and the TV would work or fail based on the settings.
