Multani Matti is a kind of Bentonite clay, mostly it is Calcium Montmorrilonite.

Even in the West, there are many claims that eating Bentonite clay detoxifies the body & brings healing, but it is not CORRECT.

You can have kidney stones & clay is the world of insects waste, residues, their eggs, etc, so you have to be careful.

When you talk about minerals, plants were given the ability to extract minerals from the soil & bring them as EDIBLE at your table.

Purpose of a water-skin (Mashkeezah) was "When water is soaked overnight, its earthly and sandy pollutants will rest in the bottom. It was mentioned that Prophet Muhammad Sallallaho Alaihe Wasallam liked kept water". So you can understand that those pollutants were never required.

Hakeem Jeelani Sahib, Assalam O Alaikum,

Masha'Allah for the tips which you provide as the distillation of your 15 years experience with herbal medicine.

We have also requested for your way of treatment with patients having Gall-stones & kidney failure; & we are still waiting.

Translation of your words for the friends :

We have seen many patients who have an urge of eating the clay; most of them have Iron deficiency. "Sharbat-e-Faulaad" (concentrated drink made with ingredients having Iron) is the best for such patients. 70 % of patients who had a history of eating CLAY were seen with bloated tummy and an enlarged spleen.
