First place for Quran's recitation in Madinah

Ibn Zabalah reported that when Rafe' Bin Malik Al-Zuraqi Radi Allaho Anh met Rasoolullah Sallao Alaihe Wasallam at Aqabah (in Makkah), he learnt QURAN & when he came back to Madinah, he gathered all people of his tribe & recited Quran in front of them (place was a haystack storage & probably a Masjid was built later for teaching Quran). And it was the first ever place in Madinah where Quran was recited & the Masjid took its name by the name of Rafe' Radi Allaho Anh's tribe.
When Rasoolullah Sallao Alaihe Wasallam migrated to Madinah, he visited this Masjid & made Wudhoo.
Its location was in the south-west of Masjid-e-Nabawi ~ near Musalla (Masjid-ul-Ghamamah).
An old construction of Masjid was available but it was demolished due to expansion projects of Masjid-e-Nabawi.
Can you tell the name of this Masjid & its location in Madinah ?
