For Migraine in women

Many women suffer with Migraine & Hijamah at 4 points on the upper back, Akhda'ain (posterior jugulars) & Yafookh helps to bring CURE.

But for a female, shaving the hairs is un-necessary.

 

At Akhda'ain, if a woman has hairs in this area, points should be applied a little bit lower; at the junction of neck & shoulder blades as shown in the attached picture.

 

And for Hijamah at head's top-center (Yafookh), cup-sized hairs should be cut with scissors & then head's skin cleared with a trimmer, suction will be week but Vaseline is applied on cups for preventing air leakage & it works. See the other picture for a male who wanted to avoid shaving his head, so Hijamah at his Yafookh was done in the same manner.
