2 sessions are immediately required to be administered with a gap of 30 days:

1. Session 1 on the head, 5 points (H, Y, Q, A1, A2) combined with KAHIL
2. Session 2 on the back, 8 points as shown to you in the picture

A strict control over the diet will help to recover faster. Nothing else is better than Talbinah, Nabeez, Thareed, Saweeq, Barley bread, vinegar, honey, figs, pomegranate, etc. Completely stop vegetable oils & Ghee (replaced by olive oil), wheat bread, rice, soda drinks, tea & coffee, pickles, spicy foods & oily / fried foods. Henna water at empty stomach for 10 days continuously & then twice per weak will be sufficient.
