Salam Alekum Brother,

Is there any treatment for narcissistic personality disorder? Upon seeing pathophysiology, it says there is gray matter abnormality in the prefrontal and insular regions. Also in the right prefrontal and anterior cingulate cortex and in the white matter of frontal lobe as well.
