Assalamo Alaikum,
Yes for sure, Tibb-e-Nabawi is for the whole of mankind, either Mulsims or Non-Muslims.
Tibb-e-Nabawi foods, Herbs & Hijamah are the earthly ~ physical sources of Shifa, they are for everyone.
I have done Hijamah for Non-Muslims & all of them were surprised with the results.
In fact, they only know about dry cupping, but Hijamah (wet cupping) is a somewhat new topic for them.
For spiritual healing, Muslims have been given the strongest medicines in this world, Quran, Dua, Salehaat, Hijaab (a Shifa for women), Akhlaaq, Istighfaar, etc.
But there is a narration in Bukhari that Sahaabah treated a non-believer with Surah al-Fatihah, read the details at the link below:

Re: {Tibb-e-Nabawi:7327} Tibb-e-Nabawi diet ~ article # 2
As Salaam alaikum wa Rahmatullah
Is Tibbe Nabawi Shareef( and Hijama therapy) only for Muslims?
Can non-Muslims be offered this line of treatment?
Will they be benefitted by it?
