As salam alaikum

I recently done Hijamah on my son that is suffering from fatigue and vertigo. His blood was coming out with oxygen bubbles and a lot of foam. I will attach a picture. I wonder if this is a sign for something or gives a sign for a disease. BarakaLahu fikim for the feedback

Assalam O Alaikum,

Suction was not tight enough, so the air entered inside the cups & you saw bubbles in the blood, that foam has nothing to do with any kind of disease or evil (as some Hijamah therapists educate their patients), it is totally a false concept.

I think this foam formation is due to the air that is infiltrating inside through the blood and causes very small bubbles leading to foam.
Check the blood accumulating only at the inclined conjunction of skin at the brim of the hijama cup.
