Bhai Mohsin Baig Sahib, Assalam O Alaikum,

I do not have Urdu fonts, so I have tried to display the names in English alphabets. Bring the herbs & clean / sieve them properly as some have dust / soil particles and small pebbles, be careful about Charaitah, Marzanjoosh / Celery seeds & Afsanteen, as you will have to sieve them in a Dopatta..........

You can't grind Qust, Pom-rind, Murr, etc. so easily with your grinder in the kitchen, so you must have to take the cleaned herbs back to the herbal shop, as many of them keep a professional grinder.

Dosage is normally a teaspoon after breakfast & dinner. For some patients, we recommend a tablespoon.

"T19" is an all-rounder, it lowers the Cholesterol, stabilizes Diabetes & blood pressure, reduces swelling, works like an Anti-biotic for infections, reduces inflammation & joint pains, best for Sciatica, dries the phlegm, good for pustules (carbuncles), clears the skin, reduces the load on heart & all major organs, opens constipation & improves digestion, removes urinary tract infections, opens the urine, best for blocked menstruation & Thyroid problems, and if taken in the long run with a Calorie deficit, it also works against Obesity (boosting metabolism), for a fatty liver, it is again a good medicine.

But because the blend is hot-natured, it is not recommended for few diseases like Ulcer, Piles, Diarrhea, etc.

Most of these 19 herbs are available in Pakistan & India, but for Sheeh, Thyme, Sibr, Lubaan & Myrrh, we are doubtful for the quality, yes you are true, at least these 5 are the best available in the Middle East. Afsanteen is the closest match to Sheeh, similarly, Gugglu or Gogal is sometimes replaced for Myrrh.

At few occasions, we replace Marzanjoosh with Olive Leaf (Warq Zaitoon), but they are not available in your markets, and you will be surprised that there are millions of wild Olive trees in Pakistan, hidden & lost in between the hills, the poor people in those areas use Olive wood for building the houses; as they say that the wood remains protected from the worms (deemak), and then it is so strong, they also say that Olive wood eliminates the least smoke & burns for a longer time as compared to other woods. But they do not know that the tree itself is so sacred (Shajarat-im-Mubarakatin), and with some research, olive oil industry can be the future of Pakistan.

Deep in the hilly forests, there are Millions of wild olive trees in Pakistan & who knows how they grew, & still there is an opportunity to grow another 25 Million olive trees.  As shown by the following website (videos), the color of Pakistani olive oil is so beautiful, it is bright green. Irrigated by the melted snow of Himalayas, Hindukush & Karakorums, Pakistan's soil is a miracle of my Allah.

Hysterectomy is an operation to remove a woman's uterus. Sometimes, the ovaries and fallopian tubes also are taken out. Hysterectomies are very common in the industrialized nations, one in three women in the United States has had one by age 60. Hysterectomy is performed if a woman suffers with Fibroids , Uterine prolapse, Cancer of the uterus, cervix, or ovaries, heavy menstrual bleeding, etc.

Hysterectomy stops the periods, & if the surgery removes both ovaries, the patient will enter menopause, that further causes hormonal disturbance & brings Osteoporosis ( a diseases in which bone density is reduced that leads to an increased risk of fracture).

We received a message for a patient who had undergone Hysterectomy, and she was suffering with extreme nervous weakness, Osteoporosis, & the spinal cord with three discs collapsed.

Formula "T19" was recommended & the patient started the medicine, after 12 days, we had the reply for the improvements as under :
  1. Weight loss [which is good for her]
  2. Constipation gone [she used to suffer from fissure because of this]
  3. Her hands and head used to shake whenever she would wake up from sleep, now her hands don't shake
  4. No urine infection
  5. Complexion is improving
  6. More strength
  7. Body swelling gone
