Tibb-e-Nabawi diet ~ article # 8 ~ IBS-Weight loss-ESR

I received an inquiry from a sister in India who was experiencing IBS with frequent loose stools, which had also contributed to low hemoglobin levels.
A Tibb-e-Nabawi-based diet plan was recommended, which included the elimination of certain foods, along with the use of Henna water and a herbal blend.
Although she did not use the herbal blend, she adhered to the diet and began drinking Henna water, Nabeez, etc. The primary goal was to resolve her IBS symptoms, not to focus on weight loss or inflammation. However, the outcomes were remarkable:

• Complete resolution of IBS and disappearance of loose stools.
• Weight reduction of approximately 12 kg (as reported: 9 kg + 3 kg).
• A significant improvement in inflammation markers: ESR reduced from 40+ to 20.

I would like you to know the results of following the Tibbe diet.
I joined with you for my IBS treatment (and consequently an increase in HB) after consultation with a naturopathy Dr. They had checked my HB and IGG (Immunoglobulin G) and reached the conclusion that my hb levels were lower because of the high level of IGG. There's bad bacteria growth in the gut and that's causing low hb and constant tiredness. Instead of following their diet, I joined with you for the Tibbe diet and it has been very beneficial Alhamdulillah.

I was prescribed:
Breakfast - talbinah
Lunch - barley bread with vegetable curry
Dinner - barley soup
To avoid rice and non veg completely.
And to have whatever else in between other than processed/fried/spicy food.
And henna water to be taken for a few days on an empty stomach,then twice a week and so on.

I could only gradually shift to the new diet. I started with henna water + talbinah, then slowly started taking barley bread and soup.. and couldn't avoid rice and non veg altogether,but I reduced the quantity Alhamdulillah.
I could continue with the diet for almost a month (including transition phase)

And I experienced a number of changes Masha Allah:

1. The henna water was miraculous. I had very black colour urine after drinking it. Toxins expelled,as you said. I could feel a lose of body fat too.. especially around the waist area.
2. I was always thirsty and carried a water bottle with me, however now that problem is resolved, my extra thirst is quenched by the henna,as you said. My water intake has reduced to one third now. Alhamdulillah. It's such a relief - not wanting to drink water and urinate at all times.
3. The majority of my IBS symptoms resolved Alhamdulillah. Earlier I have had the urge to go to the toilet after every meal. And I had diarrhea most of the time. Now it's gone. I am a bit constipated though. At times.I need to work on that In Shaa Allah.
4. I lost almost 9 kg during the transition phase of the diet. Masha Allah. I attribute the credit to the henna water and talbinah as breakfast - with Allah's help. And a further 3 kg for the 15 days I followed a more strict diet. Though weight loss wasn't my aim at all, I am very happy to have got that as a bonus. Alhamdulillah. Only with the help of Allah.
5. As for the increase in HB - 0.8 increased when I checked after a while. I couldn't stick to the diet as you advised for a few more months, especially the foods to increase hb levels. I believe the problem with the bad gut bacteria is almost gone Alhamdulillah. Now I need to eat the foods to increase hb and then do hijama on the points you mentioned. In Shaa Allah.
6. Though I followed the diet a few months back, even now I haven't gained weight Masha Allah. I don't take any Tibbe foods now. I think the weight loss was because of all the toxins expelled from the intestine. Maybe.
7. My ESR levels were below 20 for the first time in my life (usually it used to be 40+) after drinking nabeedh for almost 40 days continuously Masha Allah.
8. 8. What a miraculous food is the barley soup! Whenever I take it for dinner, my stomach doesn't feel as heavy as it usually is.. whereas my hunger is fully gone too. Alhamdulillah.And the vegetable curry cooked in olive oil is very tasty and filling too.
