Request for Complete Allergy Treatment According to Tibb-e-Nabawi

Assalamu Alaikum,

I have been suffering from recurring allergy symptoms, including frequent sneezing, a runny nose, nasal blockage, and watery eyes. These symptoms become severe when I am exposed to direct AC or cold air around my nose, and also when I consume cold items. I need AC when I feel uncomfortable in a warm room, but direct airflow triggers my allergy.

I currently take Artiz tablets only when the symptoms become severe, which provides temporary relief for more than 24 hours. However, the allergy keeps recurring.

I kindly request your expert advice, in light of Tibb-e-Nabawi, on a complete and long-term cure for this problem, including suitable treatment and any recommended dietary or lifestyle changes.
