Naim Akber age 49 Male. My issue is that there are traces of blood in urine and the problem I have is that I suddenly have an urge to go and often cannot hold. All tests are fine, I am sad and worried. Please Help me.

Take formula K & the blood in urine will stop Insha’Allah.

If all the herbs are out of your reach, Henna & Kalonji blend will be enough.

100 grams of dried Henna leaves

50 grams of Kalonji

Ground together as a fine powder

Take a teaspoon 3 times daily.

Totally avoid animal proteins, green leafy vegetables & fried rice till your problem is solved.
