Fenugreek seeds (used in formula D & D2) are widely recognized for their potential role in supporting healthy blood sugar levels.

Research suggests they may help improve insulin sensitivity, slow carbohydrate absorption, and support carbohydrate metabolism.

Certain naturally occurring compounds in fenugreek may also influence enzymes involved in glucose production and utilization, contributing to better overall blood sugar management.

Fenugreek seeds are so strong & powerful ; known for their potent aromatic compounds.

After consumption, these compounds are absorbed into the bloodstream, and a distinctive odor can sometimes be detected in a person's sweat and urine (as reported by Ibn-e-Sina & Ibn Masawaih)
