Today is 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal in Saudi Arabia, & I want to write few lines

In the world of AJAM ~ عجم, Islam came to our doors from the Arabian sands of the sacred Hejaaz.

Sahaabah traveled inside & out of THE GREAT HEJAAZ, they tolerated the sun-stroke, thirst, hunger, sand-storms & tiredness, in few expeditions, they walked by foot due to shortage of ride (camels) & their feet were injured, Sahaabah stayed away from Makkah & Madinah, away from their wives / children & the comfort of their house, but their sacrifices knocked your door with ISLAM, may Allah Give them the best Jaza, may Allah Give us a chance to meet them.

The Great Hejaaz is the land of Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم & his noble Sahaabah, it is the land of volcanoes & carpeted lava-fields (around 700 volcanoes are standing between Makkah & Madinah), the land of wells which have bitter & salty water, the thorny trees of Samurah & Sarhah that provide shadow for the desert traveler, and even the camels take shelter under those trees, because high temperatures in Hejaaz even exhaust the camels.

In the entire Hejaaz, the uppermost class of Nooraniat is TAREEQUL HIJRAH, the journey which changed the map of this world, for migration to Madinah, Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم entered the most remote Wadis which were never used by a traveler, the narrow passages between the mountains where no one lived.

He moved from his house to Ghar-e-Thaur, probably on 28th of Safar & after staying in the cave for 3 days, he came down late at night & the journey started in darkness.

The famous caravan route between Makkah & Madinah was around 400-420 km, but because Tareequl Hijrah moves zig zag to the patent route, the mileage came out as 510 km.

Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم reached Madinah on Monday, the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal (roughly coinciding with 24-27 of September, 622 (Gregorian), a date unknown to many Muslims.

I am sending you my map legend for Tareequl Hijrah, so that you can see how this route moves in the harsh regions of the Great Hejaaz.
