Dear Admin,
I am interested in natural medicine and historical medicine. I use henna just for hair dyeing and I always have some in the house. I know henna has lots of medicine properties and that it is used internally. Could you tell me how it is used internally, to treat which conditions? If there is too much information, just a brief overview would be a good starting point as I have just ordered a book on tibb e nabwi and I hope that it will be discussed in there.
Many thanks,
Sally

Good morning,
We welcome & thank you for joining Tibb-e-Nabawi group, where we discuss the medicine of Prophet Muhammad (may peace & blessings of Allah be upon him).
It is good to know that you sell Henna & many friends in UK will benefit from your reference.
HENNA is a miracle; not only to dye the hair but it is a cure for many ailments (when taken as Henna water or powdered Henna leaves are added to herbal blends), such as :
It fragmentizes kidney stones & expels them out easily as GRAVEL (in the urine)
Henna reduces Gout, Uric acid & urinary tract infections
It is a cure for bleeding piles
Kills bacteria such as H Pyroli
Controls Menorrhagia (heavy menstrual bleeding) & Leucorrhoea (diseases common in women)
Henna reduces high blood pressure (Hypertension)
Helps Diabetic patients by eliminating the urge of frequent urination
Given to patients suffering with food poisoning
Good for ulcerative Colitis, IBS & peptic ulcers
Best for drying the sounds, kills fungus
Expels out (vide urine) blood impurities, hence helpful for kin disorders like ACNE, Eczema, Psoriasis, etc.
So you stay on our group & read our daily postings, within 6 months, you will have a good idea on how we troubleshoot the problems with Islamic medicine.
Good morning, it is never necessary to boil Henna leaves for making tea; you just soak 10 grams of leaves in water for 8-10 hours, strain the leaves & then drink the red water.
Procedure is explained at the link Henna water
We ask for 2 glasses because more fluid expels the gravel easily, but a single glass can also be taken, & you may sweeten Henna water with honey.
If you have pure powdered Henna, then soak a tablespoon per glass of water, strain before drinking.
I always ask the patients to use dried Henna leaves & not the powder, to remain far from doubts of contamination.
I have seen that Henna kills H Pyroli, but when you talk about intestinal worms, we recommend stronger herbs like Mugwort, Aloe Vera extract (not the fresh gel), Myrrh, Thyme, etc. Our formula "W" is so powerful that it brings cure even for Dengue fever, Malaria, etc.
With Henna, your urine will turn BLACK to Dark Green (depending upon the impurities your body holds), but the color fades once the impurities are reduced day by day, & when you pass the urine after drinking Henna water, you will feel relaxed & light, like a huge weight has been taken-off, once you start drinking Henna, please don't forget to provide your feedback to our discussion forum. Take it just for 3 days & write back.
It is better that you also keep dried Henna leaves at your online shop & we can guide more for a selection of Tibb-e-Nabawi herbs; & you will grab a good business Insha'Allah, many friends in UK search for Nabawi herbs but they are rarely found in your country.

Dear Shami,
Thank you so much for your reply. That is very interesting! I am very grateful for the information.
How do you use henna tea to expel kidney stones – what is the dosage?
It is interesting to read about is use for gout and skin troubles to purify the blood and the benificial effects on as it were a congested digestive system. Do henna help kill parasitic worms too?
Thank you in advance,
Sally

Zeeshan Sahib, that's why we call you the GURU, the way you have adopted Tibb-e-Nabawi with due respect & gratitude is so unique that no one can compete you.
And I shall testify this for you on Yaum-ul-Qiyamah; that I found you the most concerned for Nabawi foods & herbs.
And now I am anxious to eat from your home-grown plants, along with Henna & Rehan, please also try for Aloe Vera.
And if you can check how Kalonji seeds, Habb-al-Rashaad seeds, Kasni, & Celery seeds will grow.
Yes Henna grows fast & it will be faster in the summer, Henna cultivated in summer gives a darker color for Khazaab.

<RAYHAN PLANT.jpg>
<HENNA PLANT.jpg>
Yes BASIL is Rehan & it has different species, but we usually call it "Niaz Bo" in Urdu & "Tulsi" in Hindi.
Mint (Podina) especially HIBQ (found in Madinah) is also a kind of Rehaan.
Ibn Al-Qayyam wrote : Rayhan helps against Hemoptysis (spitting up blood as seen in Tuberculosis) of the chest and lungs. It cools the stomach, does not harm the chest or the stomach and cleanses them, it helps against diarrhea and coughing, and this is a special quality for Rayhan that is rarely found in other medications. Rehaan seeds help urine production (they are a safe diuretic) and heal urinary bladder infections, spider bites and scorpion stings. When it is used to rub the body, it eliminates sweat, dries the excess wetness and dissipates underarm odor.
