أجود الشحمِ ما كان مِن حيوان مكتمل، وهو حارٌ رطب، وهو أقلُّ رطوبةً من السمن، ولهذا لو أُذيب الشحمُ والسمن كان الشَحمُ أسرعَ جموداً
