The best type of FAT is that taken from a grown animal. FAT is hot and wet but less wetter than Ghee. This is why when both FAT and Ghee are melted, FAT hardens faster.

Fat is hot & wet & it hardens, you can consider the same for your own obesity, FAT also absorbs unnecessary / decomposed moistures & increases your body’s water weight.

Bread or rice are the major & staple parts of your diet, wheat is hot & moderately wet, while rice are hot & moderately dry.

You need the blessed barley bread, which is cold & dry, and I feel that it can neutralize your body fat which is hot & wet.

I think that this property of melting the body fat was especially given to BARLEY, that is the reason we found narrations when Sahaabah ate wheat bread & looked at their arms (if they had turned fat / gained weight).

Stop wheat & rice & switch to barley bread & barley derivatives (Talbinah, Saweeq, barley soups, barley water).
