Dear all,

it has been a long time ago that this group is used, but I like to
inform you that the first version of Tibetan Astrology for HTML5 / CSS
working in all up to date browsers for windows, android, Ipad, etc. is
available at

www.tibastro.be

This version does have the birth horoscope implemented and in future
versions Year, Day, Death and Marriage horoscope will be available. Also
there exists date conversions from Western to Tibetan and visa versa,
Special days which you tailor to suit your own needs ( shown is the
Event name with Tibetan month and day and the corresponding Western date
), Element, Sign, Mewa and Parkha information.
After a click on Start -> Default values you can select the traditions
Phugpha, Tsurphu or Sherab Ling as well as caculation methods and
currently the languages English or Dutch.
As the program uses resource files for the languages it will be easy to
implement other languages if somebody wants to do the translations.
There is a free registration if you want to access all parts of the
program. This is necessary as you can enter person information for
horoscopes and other personal settings like countries, cities, etc.
Every user will have its own information stored in a database only
accessible by him/here.
Read the Help -> How to use files for more information.
After registration you will have sun/moon rise set, new and full moon
and an astronomically calculated month calendar ( for a country and city
of your choice).
As I like to have the program as good as possible I like to have
comments from you to change whatever is necessary.

Also in this version there is a part on Sabchey with English text on
'Dragon mountains'.
Hope to hear from you, Kind regards, Karma Deleg Tondrup aka Kees de Nobel

The website is on a Windows Server 2008 with DELL PowerEdge R610 servers with 2 Quad Core Intel Xeon Processors, 8GB RAM en 900 GB memory (RAID 5, 4 x 300 GB hard disc).
Database is on Microsoft SQL 2008 R2

Website developed with Visual studio 2012 Professional using ASP.NET MVC with .Net framework 4 with a lot of classes in C#, where I used code first which automatically create the database tables at the first run.

Is this what you wanted to know for the backend ?
