Tibetan astrology

I am changing the program for Tibetan Astrology to make it possible to
run it either from an internet site or to install in on a local PC with
automatic updates when available.
( In the future to install the program or use it you must have a log on
account )
The first thing I changed is the Western to Tibetan Date converter which
is now available for tryout entering the following address:
http://users.telenet.be/nobel/OOB
A window will be shown where you see a message "Install me first" and a
button Install.
Clicking the button will install the converter on your local machine. An
icon will be placed on the desktop and in the listing "All programs".
As a side effect this converter will also produce XML files with names like:
2011Phugpa.xml
2011Tsurphu.xml
with the data for the whole year.
These files are stored in the myDocuments folder.
To uninstall the program start it and right click somewhere in the window.
