Bhutan calendar...

I do not know if this is of interest to anybody, but I have just added
the main holidays to the Bhutan calendar software. This was requested
by users of the calendar who want to plan further ahead than the
Bhutan government publishes calendars:

One of the important holidays is the winter solstice. Infuriatingly,
the Bhutanese use the mean motion of the Sun and weekday instead of
the true values. The method that I have used to determine the timing
is simple, and could easily be adapted for the other seasonal points,
the rising of Canopus and other such events. I wrote a routine for
doing the same calculation using true longitude, and if anybody wants
this, I'm happy to email it...
