Job Description:

  • Strong techno functional knowledge on payroll flow, payroll elements, balance logic(YTD, MTD, Feeds).
  • Payroll process understanding.
  • Payroll knowledge on Integrations (Absence to payroll, benefits to payroll, compensation to payroll).
  • Payroll based Fast Formula.
  • Payroll based BIP, HCM extracts, HDL.
