Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Integration Senior Developer with strong expertise in Workday integrations and financial modules. The ideal candidate will be Workday Certified and possess extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connector, SSK, XSLT 3.0, and Workday Studio
  • Build and maintain Workday dashboards, applications, reports, and integrations
  • Develop complex reports to support integration requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday integrations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal to gather requirements and provide solutions
  • Contribute to HR data and analytics strategy
  • Integrate Workday with third-party/vendor systems and APIs
  • Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation
  • Enhance Workday functionality by developing new features and workflows

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integrations
  • Strong experience with:
    • Workday APIs
    • EIB, PECI, PICOF
    • Workday Studio
    • Core Connector (Worker and Financial modules)
  • 5+ years of experience in Workday Financials implementation and integration
  • 3+ years of experience in a lead role managing integration projects
  • Strong understanding of Workday functional modules (Finance preferred)
  • Workday Certification (Integration Core required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications in:
    • Integration Core
    • CCTPP
    • Workday Studio
  • Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Accounting integrations
  • Exposure to enterprise HR data and analytics strategies

Soft Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and presentation abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Additional Notes

  • Workday Certification is mandatory
  • Local candidates to Culver City, CA are highly preferred
  • Immediate availability is a plus
