Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced QA Lead PLM Business Analyst / Functional Tester to support quality assurance and business analysis activities for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in functional testing, business analysis, and PLM platforms (especially Teamcenter PLM), with the ability to translate business requirements into effective test strategies and ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Teamcenter PLM (mandatory preference)
• Experience with automation tools such as Selenium or QTP
• 10+ years of experience in Functional Testing / QA / BA roles
• Strong hands-on experience in PLM projects (mandatory)
• Expertise in SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies
• Experience with test management tools like JIRA, TestRail
• Strong ability to create clear and structured test cases and scripts
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification
