Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior AI / Generative AI Developer with 8+ years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI systems. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable AI platforms, deploying production-grade LLM applications,
and implementing secure, reliable, and cost-efficient AI solutions on AWS cloud environments.
The candidate should possess deep knowledge of AI evaluation techniques, Responsible AI principles, Python development, REST APIs, microservices, and GenAI operational frameworks.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Generative AI systems
- Strong understanding of AI evaluation techniques including:
- Hallucination detection
- Factual accuracy
- Bias detection
- Output consistency
- Knowledge of Responsible AI principles such as:
- Fairness
- Transparency
- Explainability
- Strong programming skills in Python (Must Have)
- Experience working with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services
- Experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), AI Agents, and AI Guardrails
- Understanding of AI governance, observability, monitoring, and compliance frameworks
- Experience in production support, reliability engineering, and incident management
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate secure, scalable, and cost-efficient enterprise Generative AI platforms on AWS
- Support production-grade LLM applications in regulated environments
- Own the complete GenAI platform lifecycle including:
- Architecture
- Deployment
- Operations
- Monitoring
- Incident management
- Continuous performance and reliability improvements
- Implement and manage AWS Bedrock-based AI solutions for:
- LLM inference
- RAG applications
- AI Agents
- Guardrails
- Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and SLA compliance of AI systems
- Establish governance and operational frameworks covering:
- Observability
- Alerting
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
- Security controls
- Access management
- Compliance
- Cost optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise AI solutions aligned with business goals
- Drive best practices in AI governance, platform engineering, and cloud-native architecture
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated industries
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native ML platforms
- Exposure to DevOps, MLOps, and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS
- Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models
- Certifications in AWS or AI/ML technologies
