Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Semarchy Developer with strong expertise in Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing MDM solutions, ensuring high-quality data governance and seamless integration across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement data models, entities, and relationships using Semarchy (preferred) or other MDM platforms
  • Develop and configure workflows, business rules, and validation rules
  • Perform data modeling and manipulation using SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Integrate Semarchy with external systems using:
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • ETL tools
    • Connectors
  • Collaborate with data stewards, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure data quality
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Semarchy application performance
  • Support data governance and stewardship processes
  • Participate in system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in MDM development and implementation
  • Hands-on experience with Semarchy (preferred) or similar MDM tools
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.)
  • Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience working with ETL tools and data pipelines
  • Strong understanding of data governance and data quality principles
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)
  • Exposure to enterprise data architecture and integration frameworks
  • Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization in MDM systems

Soft Skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Additional Notes

  • 100% onsite role – local candidates preferred
  • Strong MDM and Semarchy experience is critical
  • Immediate joiners are a plus
