We are seeking a skilled Java Full Stack Developer to support high-volume, customer-facing applications in the Cards & Payments domain. The role involves building scalable, secure, and high-performance platforms for credit/debit card processing, authorization systems, rewards, and transaction servicing.

 

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance backend services and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.

Build responsive and performant UI components using Angular/React.

Work on high-throughput, low-latency systems supporting card transactions and real-time processing.

Integrate with payment gateways, authorization engines, fraud detection, and downstream banking systems.

Ensure adherence to PCI-DSS, security, and compliance standards.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and CI/CD deployments.

Provide production support and root cause analysis for critical card platform issues.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Java/J2EE application development.

Strong expertise in:

Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST APIs

Microservices architecture

Angular or React

Hibernate/JPA, SQL, Oracle/PostgreSQL

Experience working on high-volume transaction processing systems.

Strong understanding of payments/cards domain, including authorization, settlement, billing, or rewards systems.

Experience with Unix/Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.

Experience with Kafka, MQ, event-driven architectures

Cloud experience (AWS/Azure)

Exposure to Docker/Kubernetes

Knowledge of ISO 8583, payment networks (Visa/Mastercard), and fraud systems

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
