Title: Sitetracker Developer

Location: Hybrid (Monday to Thursday onsite, Friday-WFH)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SiteTracker Developer to support the design, customization, enhancement, integration, and ongoing optimization of the SiteTracker platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SiteTracker and strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement SiteTracker solutions based on business requirements
• Customize workflows, page layouts, objects, automation, and user processes
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs
• Build reports, dashboards, and operational visibility tools
• Troubleshoot system defects, performance issues, and user-reported problems
• Support data migration, cleansing, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders, admins, and project teams to gather requirements
• Participate in testing, deployments, and release management
• Recommend best practices for scalability, usability, and performance

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SiteTracker development / customization
• Strong experience with Salesforce platform
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Flows, Lightning Components (preferred)
• Experience with REST / SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Telecom / tower / infrastructure industry experience
• Experience with asset management / project lifecycle systems
• Experience in Agile / Scrum environments
• Salesforce certifications are a plus
• Prior managed services or support engagement experience

Nice to Have

• NetSuite / ERP integrations
• Reporting / BI experience

Data migration tools / ETL experience
