Role: Sr. ServiceNow Developer

Location: Remote, USA

 

Job Description

·         Minimum 10+ years of experience required

·         Now assist experience-ITSM, IRM, SPM

·         Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow integrations using Integration Hub, REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and JDBC where required.

·         Build and manage integration endpoints, data mappings, and transformation logic for inbound/outbound integrations.

·         Implement robust error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms to ensure integration reliability and traceability.

·         Develop and maintain Import Sets and Transform Maps for accurate data ingestion and normalization.

·         Build and enhance ServiceNow solutions using server side scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes) and integration logic.

·         Develop and maintain ServiceNow automation solutions using Flow Designer and custom scripts aligned to platform standards.

·         Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex integration and scripting issues across environments.

·         Design and execute automated data flows between ServiceNow and relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) including queries, stored procedures, and data synchronization patterns

·         Perform data analysis for reconciliation, completeness, and performance tuning of integration pipelines.
