· Define and execute the AI/ML roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
· Collaborate with product management, data science, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI/ML integration.
· Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
· Establish best practices, standards, and governance for AI/ML development and deployment within the organization.
· Monitor industry trends and emerging AI/ML technologies to guide innovation strategies.
· Build and mentor a high-performing team of data scientists, ML engineers, and developers.
· Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.
