Develop and maintain backend services using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices)
Build and optimize Python-based applications, scripts, or APIs
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrations
Work on data processing, automation, or AI/ML workflows (if applicable)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, DevOps, QA)
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
Debug, troubleshoot, and improve application performance
Participate in code reviews and best practice implementation
