Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Engagement Manager with a strong strategy consulting background to lead high-impact data and analytics initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional who can work closely with CXO-level stakeholders, drive strategic programs, and manage end-to-end delivery across global teams.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in strategy consulting / management consulting
• Strong background in Data & Analytics Strategy
• Proven experience working with CXO-level stakeholders
• Experience leading cost optimization / spend management projects
• Ability to manage global (onshore/offshore) teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities
