For Sale: 1987 GMC S-15 Jimmy 4WD 2.8L V6
Runs good, Cold AC, Color Tan and White
An SUV from the days when SUVs they were small, rode rough,
could climb over a rock, and had something called "4WD".
Transfer case has 4WD HI, 4WD LO and Neutral so it can be towed.
Comes with factory towing package and hitch.
One owner, 168000 Actual Miles, Most records kept.
Mostly driven short distance to work the last 10 years.
has 50K miles on Re-Manufactured Engine
50% wear remaining on matched Michelin Tires (Thanks Firestone)
Comes with two studded snow tires on rims and a bike rack.

Kelly blue book only shows an 8 cyl for an 87 Jimmy, is this the original
engine that came in this car?

This is the S-15 Jimmy, the smaller one. It came with a 2.8L V6 and a smaller
4 cylinder, I believe. The next year they added a 4.3L V6; but, I never
needed the extra HP.
