Dear POs,

Kindly recall last week discussion and we have observed that there are lot of inconstancies observed in CMIS reports. I understood that you all have taken month wise reports for each TI from M & E unit in RSACS. Kindly review the same and come up with NGO wise observation (like reporting error from TI or data punching error at SACS level) Tomorrow we will discuss the same in the review meeting with JD-TI and with her help, we will share our concerns with M & E unit.
