sending heart rate and accel data

Hi, 

I try to get access of the heart rate and the accel data at the same time. 

But I only can send the data of the accel sensor via the virtual COM port. Is it also possible to send the heart rate via this COM port in the same package?

The final project is to "stream" the accel data and the heart rate to a PC.

Can anybody help me?
