Incase of SIM cards for the network operator there is a way to load an applet on the Java card - OTA. If Remote Applet Manager applet (part of OTA) is installed and configured applet could be loaded and installed to the SIM using ENVELOPE command (special formated SMS comes to the phone and phone passes them in ENVELOPE command to the card). Unfortunately for you to do that you still need to know keys - card will expect signed or/and encrypted ENVELOPEs. So you'll need keys to do that.

If your interest is just academic - you can always buy java card with some SDK/Tools from some small card manufactures and play with java card. If you want to install something on existing card I'd say it is impossible.

Java hut is a community lot assignment featured in The Sims 3: University Life. It functions as a caf, where Sims can drink coffee and socialize. A pre-made java hut can be found in Sims University, though the player can build their own in other worlds.

Hi! I'm desperately looking for simlish food franchise cc/trying to learn how to make my own. You did an amazing job on your Simway and Long John Silvers WIP!! Would you consider sharing your simlish Long John Silvers sign/do you have any resources that you use for creating simlish food content for beginners that you can share?

Hi Topknotschsims. Sadly I haven't been really active in the Sims 4 (or tumblr) community in over a year now, and I haven't been involved in cc creation in over 5 years now. To be honest I don't even know where the files for the Long John Simblr or Simway restaurants are anymore. I've only ever done recolors myself, but if you're looking to get into custom food creation the person you want to reach out to is @icemunmun-spicy-scalpel. She is the go to goddess for food related Sims 4 cc. She is a delightful woman and I'm sure she's better equipped to answer those question than I am. I hope you are enjoying a nice holiday season, and I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

As some of you know, i am a creator at TSR. I have been creating my own meshes since sims 3. In spite of my requests and warnings i still see people continue to convert my meshes. Especially @mxsims. . He converted many of my meshes before me. He knows i am still on and i dont think he does even care. Meshing is not an easy process.I work really hard on each detail for each mesh for hours, sometimes days. SO, i ask the people who support this, i am an active creator for sims 4 and you think i dont have the right to convert my own meshes at least?

Sorry kid, but this sounds like just a pathetic attempt to get attention by name dropping popular simmers and drumming up drama where it never existed. I see a lot of people named in this list who have never converted meshes, so you are full of crap, and need to be called out for that.

In a hole in the ground there lived a Hillbo Hobbit. Not a traditional halfling, short in stature with big hairy feet, and easily mistaken for a child, because all Sims are 6' tall and completely devoid of body hair, nor was he a skinny despondent giant halfling with nothing to sit down on or to eat: for this is a Hillbo Hobbit-hole, and that means comfort, because Hillbo knows very well what Motherlode cheats can provide.

Sometimes even the best made plans can be waylaid by a herd of grazing llamas. Sure you thought you'd save time getting to your hotel by taking this old dirt road, but I guess the llamas had other ideas. Stubborn things refuse to get out of the way. Well at least you can enjoy the beautiful scenery and maybe a picnic until the llamas move on to greener pastures.

When @Sim_Michele first announced her Road Trip build challenge, she made mention that she hoped someone would do a car surrounded by Llamas when the new pack was released. Well here is that concept visualized. (click on images for hi-res version)

Near mile marker 234 where the unfinished Desert Highway meets Old Route 44 just outside of Oasis Springs you'll find Rest Area OS-420 overlooking Oasis Gorge. It's a popular stopping point for folks traveling to far flung destinations like Windenburg or Henford on Bagley. Many passing through like to stop here for a picnic or to use the amenities while planning the next leg of their road trip.

In the grim dark future of the Simpocalypse there is only Farming. Farming never changes. SimCorp presents the model X1208-C Grim Harvester Battle Tractor, complete with our patented Napalm fueled de-weeding attachment to make clearing and plowing your fields even easier. Fire makes all the difference!

Sure the farm is a bit run down, and ragged at the edges, but for a young family looking to try the country life, and live off the land, this is a great place to begin. Plenty of space for crops, a barn, greenhouse, and fully stocked pond, as well as a charming cottage to call home. What's not to love? The countryside is calling, what are you waiting for?

This is the farm I created for my own personal gameplay. It features a custom barn, horse trailer, large gardening areas, chickens, two small ponds for fishing, and a a two bedroom two bath cottage. Three shrunken animal sheds are hidden in buckets in front of the barn and horse trailer, are fully functional, and will remain so as long as they and the buckets they are in are not moved. I hope this email finds you doing well and staying safe amidst these very challenging times. Of course, among the challenges has been the rapid shift to all remote teaching and learning for most of you and your students!

I am excited to announce the pre-release of new browser-compatible versions of many of our legacy Java simulations. This is a stopgap solution to make our legacy Java sims easier to access via a web browser, using Leaning Tech's CheerpJ software. These versions will open on Chromebooks and iPads (performance and graphics will vary based on device).

We will keep working on redesigning and redeveloping all of our legacy sims into HTML5. And in case you haven't see the prototypes released in response to COVID-19, you can find them here. There are some great new features!

If you are able, please consider a donation. We are working hard on a sustainable business model (while keeping the resources open) but we aren't there yet, so we need the support of our great community to keep going:

I have Java 8 (extra/jdk8-openjdk, extra/jre8-openjdk, extra/jre8-openjdk-headless). I am trying to compile a small program that imports additional packages. Namely, it imports sim.engine which is part of the MASON package. I tried to put the MASON jar file into /usr/share/java (as suggested by the wiki page on java package guidelines). However, this does not seem to be the right way of doing it.

The program is the example code listing on page 15 of the MASON manual. Compiling with

I am guessing that this has to do with the CLASSPATH environment variable being overwritten by the path to the MASON jar. (Compiling and running a helloworld program, that does not depend on MASON or other extra packages, in the same way, works fine.)

If this is indeed the case, one might think that it should be possible to extend the CLASSPATH to include the standard CLASSPATH and also the path to the jar. However, I do not know how to access the standard classpath - in the shell, CLASSPATH is empty (probably, java/javac fill it with a meaningful (list of) paths?).

or exporting the CLASSPATH definition in the shell before compiling and running is also possible. Note that the CLASSPATH needs to contain both the jar file and the directory the compiled program (the Students.class file) is in (separated by colon, :, in this case the directory of the class file is the current working directory, .)
