New regulation

In order to operate more effectively, we - members who join the
previous speaking conference passed a new regulation for our speaking
conference.
1. Be punctual. We start at 9.30 pm.
2. Maximum time for a speech is 7 minutes, the minumum time is 1.30
minutes.
3. After the speech of other people, please leave them comments on
their grammar, pronunciation, word choice, intonation, etc. That's the
way we can correct commom mistake and discuss indetail some
confusions.
4. The order of speech would be changed after each conference. The
next order would be the conversion of the previous one.
