footnote不显示的问题

系统windows xp，chinatex。master thesis模板

在正文中使用了

\footnote{脚注内容}

但是编译出来的dvi文件中并没有显示脚注，有人遇到过类似问题吗？

我在同样环境下用IEEE的模板写论文就可以正常显示脚注。

模板版本 thuthesis 4.5.1
 
发个例子上来看看， 我这里没遇到过这个问题。

发现问题所在了，由于我的\footnote是在tabular环境里，所以无法生成脚注。

网上查了一下，解决方法不少，看得有些头晕。

我想让注释生成在表格下方，应该采用什么方法？

我现在的表格格式如下

\begin{table}
\label{mylabel}
\begin{tabular}

\end{tabular}
\end{table}


套两层是为了可以标label。

发个详细的格式

这是出问题的格式。

我现在希望在尽量少改动的情况下改成可以把脚注显示在表格下方的格式，应该如何处理？
