Request for Qualifications: Homeless Census Contract Staff(ers) Needed

Greetings!

 

The City of Olympia is circulating this “Request for Qualifications” to find candidates for short-term professional service contracts to assist the 2010 “Point in Time Count of Homeless Persons” also know as the Homeless Census.  This Census is being conducted on behalf of Thurston County. 

 

.  The City is looking for one or more contractors, contingent upon qualifications and availability to assist with the Homeless Census that will occur the last week of January, 2011.  Contract activity will commence the first week of January, 2011 and conclude by February 4, 2011.  Please see the attached “2011 Homeless Census Contractor(s) Scope of Work” for more details.  Applicants should submit:

 

1)      Cover letter stating qualifications

2)      Copy of resume

3)      Submit to the address listed below

 

These contracted services will involve a total of 150 hours at $25 per hour not to exceed a total of $3,750.  These services may involve one or more contractors contingent upon qualifications and availability.

 

DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF QUALIFICATIONS:  5 pm, Monday, December 27^th, 2010.
