NOTICE OF FUNDING AVAILABILITY
PROGRAM: HOME & Affordable and Homeless Housing Projects
APPLICATIONS AVAILABLE: Tuesday, January 11, 2011
APPLICATIONS DUE DATE: Friday, February 11, 2011, 5:00 pm
Late applications will not be accepted.

FUNDING: Thurston County has made available approximately $1,912,440 from the HOME & Affordable and Homeless Housing Programs to eligible organizations that produce, preserve, or maintain low-income or affordable housing within Thurston County. Funds may also be used for financial assistance and services to homeless households and for operational support to organizations that provide housing services that meet the goals of Thurston County’s Ten-Year Homeless Plan and the HOME Consolidated Plan.
Available Funding:
1. HOME - $810,000
2. Affordable Housing Program - $215,345
3. Homeless Housing Program - $887,095
