Hey guys, i mounted my motor in the Escapade and im noticing it has a little bit of left thrust angle. I did not intentionally do this, so im wondering is this built into the firewall of the plane, or did i screw up mounting my motor? If its not supposed to have left angle i can correct it but i dont wanna touch it if its normal. Please let me know what u think.

It should be right angle if any . Know that's if your sitting in the cockpit .

Hey Brian,  There should be about 2 degrees of right thrust. This is pretty standard with almost all planes.

Use #6 washers on the left side of the mount.  2 washers between the firewall and the mount.  you may have to use a few more if you have left thrust now.

I was thinking about using washers to prop it out, but for a $6.00 mount i think im gonna just drill a new one. I think it happened when i was spacing the spinner from the fuse. Thanks a lot sam

Im kind of suprised now because the insrtuctions dont say anything about right angle either, they just say to mount the motor with 3mm space in between the spinner plate and the fuse.
