Accessing Localization Data Table from ImageJ

Dear group,

I would like to write a FIJI Script that calculates some additional data from the Thunderstorms Results Table or even modyfies values like the coordinates of individual molecules. Is there any API to access the localization data from FIJI?

Right now, I'm exporting everything to .csv, do my calculations in Python and then import back to Thunderstorm for filtering and rendering, which is not very efficient.

Any help would be appreciated.
