Hi everyone,

I would like to use ThunderSTORM's Image filtering and Approximate localization of molecules blocks from the Run analysis window to extract N x N pixel subregions around candidate molecules and save them in a separate image stack (with metadata preferably). In other words, I want to use ThunderSTORM as a spot finder by cutting out square regions surrounding the entries in the results list and combining all the regions into a new image stack for exporting.

Before I jump into writing any scripts, has anyone else done something like this? I figured I might save myself some time by asking.

Thanks!
Kyle
