Corruption of images occured

I tried to calibrate one of my movies with 5000 frames. But while calibrating it corrupted in between before loading the full movie and then I couldn't proceed further to analyse the data. When I tried the same thing with example data from ThunderSTORM Github it works for the 101 frames movie but didn't work for the one with 2000+ frames. I would like to know whether it's a problem with a large size movie or something else and how I can fix it.
