AF 488/647 Issues Picking Up Blinks in Reconstruction

Hey!

I'm working with neuronal cells tagged with Alexa Fluor 488 and Alexa Fluor 647 and having issues picking up some of their dimmer blinks in ThunderSTORM making our reconstructions pretty bad.

Any tips for pre or during thunderstorm processing? (ex. background subtraction before running ThunderSTORM or changing different parameters)
